Zero Tolerance Sexual Policy:

Any sexual solicitation, inappropriate comments, or touching will result in immediate termination of the session, a full service charge, and refusal of future bookings.

Draping:

Modest draping will be maintained at all times, covering intimate areas; specific sensitive areas like glutes or chest require explicit prior informed consent and are usually worked on through the sheets.

Scope of Practice:

Licensed Massage Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are they allowed to provide treatment for a medical condition without a doctor’s supervision. However, I am happy to receive information for your diagnosis and follow recommendations

Under 18 Years Old:

Massage sessions with minors will require a guardian in the treatment room with us.

Health, Hygiene & Safety

Illness & Sickness:

Clients experiencing illness, fever, or contagious conditions should reschedule their appointments with as much notice as possible. I will also hold myself to the same standard back.

Hygiene:

Clients are expected to arrive clean, sober, with free of strong perfumes due to potential allergies and sensitivities in the studio.

Booking & Cancellations:

Cancellation Window:

There is no penalty to cancelling or rescheduling with 12 hour notice but more notice is much appreciated.

Late Cancellation:

Cancelling within 12 hours of our scheduled session may incur a partial fee. No Shows may be charged the full service price. DISCRETION

Arrival Time:

Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to have a thorough intake process and to maximize our hands-on time together.

Late Arrival:

A call or text if you’re running late is very appreciated. If a late arrival is inevitable, our session may need to be shortened within originally scheduled service time. The full price will still apply.
